    Abstract: A substrate debonding apparatus includes a chuck attached to a second surface opposite to the first surface of the semiconductor substrate via a second adhesive layer. The chuck is configured to support a lower portion of a base film having a cross-sectional area in a horizontal direction greater than a cross-sectional area of the semiconductor substrate in the horizontal direction. The semiconductor debonding apparatus further includes a fixing ring arranged above the chuck and configured to fix in position an edge portion of the base film, and a cover ring arranged above the fixing ring and configured to adjust a diameter of an opening exposing the carrier substrate. The cover ring includes a guide frame arranged above the fixing ring, and a plurality of cover blades configured to move in a horizontal direction determined by the guide frame.

    Abstract: An electronic device and a method for controlling a screen thereof is provided. The electronic device includes a flexible display, an image sensor, at least one processor, and a memory, wherein the memory may store instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to display a first preview image on the flexible display in response to activation of the image sensor, divide the flexible display into at least two regions in response to detecting a designated first event, display a second preview image in a first region among the divided regions, and display at least one captured image in a second region among the divided regions, wherein the second region may include at least one first control menu varying based on a property of the at least one captured image.

    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention relate to an electronic device and a recording method thereof. The electronic device may comprise: a touch screen; an image sensor for capturing an image; a processor operatively connected to the touch screen and the image sensor; and a memory operatively connected to the processor, wherein the memory stores instructions which, when executed, cause the processor to designate at least a partial screen area of the touch screen as a motion detection area, determine whether a motion is detected in the motion detection area, and control the image sensor, in response to detecting the motion in the motion detection area, so as to perform super slow recording. Various other embodiments are also possible.

    Abstract: A non-volatile memory device is provided. The memory device includes: word lines stacked on a substrate; a string select lines on the word lines, the string select lines being spaced apart from each other in a first horizontal direction and extending in a second horizontal direction; and a memory cell array including memory blocks, each of which includes memory cells connected to the word lines and the string select lines. The string select lines include a first string select line, and a second string select line which is farther from a word line cut region than the first string select line, and a program operation performed on second memory cells connected to a selected word line and the second string select line is performed before a program operation performed on first memory cells connected to the selected word line and the first string select line.
