Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for cancelling interference in a wireless communication system are provided. The method includes acquiring interference signal information on a reception signal received from a base station based on a preconfigured constellation set, and cancelling an interference signal from the reception signal by using the acquired interference signal information. Accordingly, reception performance in a cell edge can be improved by acquiring dominant interference signal information.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and a device for reducing the power of a device in a wireless communication system supporting direct device to device (D2D) communication. A method, for transmitting a signal of a device in a wireless communication system supporting direct D2D communication according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: entering sleep mode in direct D2D communication between a device and an opponent device; if data to be transmitted to the opponent device is generated, transmitting a paging signal for the opponent device to a base station connected to the device, thereby requesting transmission of the paging signal to the opponent device; and resuming the D2D communication with the opponent device that has received the paging signal through the base station.
Abstract:
A method for selecting a Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) mode based on energy efficiency and selecting an antenna subset to be used in a communication, in a wireless communication system using a multi-user massive multi-antenna is provided. The method selects an antenna subset capable of minimizing transmission power without using all antennas, based on power consumed by an Radio Frequency (RF) circuit as well as the transmission power. The method further includes selecting a mobile station to which the signal is to be transmitted, selecting a multi-antenna technique based on power consumption of all antennas, selecting an antenna subset to transmit the signal to the mobile station among all the antennas, and transmitting the signal to the mobile station by using the antenna subset.
Abstract:
A stochastic channel state information transmission/reception method and apparatus is provided for use in a multiuser radio communication system. The signal method of transmitting and receiving signals in a terminal in a mobile communication system according to the present disclosure includes receiving a reference signal transmitted by a base station, estimating channel information based on the reference signal, predicting a channel estimation error based on the channel information, generating feedback information based on the channel estimation error, and transmitting feedback information to the base station.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for controlling interference in a wireless communication system are provided. The method for controlling interference by a Base Station (BS) in a wireless communication system includes receiving an interfering cell signal transmitted by an interfering cell located adjacent to the BS, acquiring interference information based on the received interfering cell signal, and transmitting the acquired interference information to a User Equipment (UE). Because the BS acquires interference information between the BS and a neighboring cell and transmits the acquired interference information to the UE, the UE can effectively cancel interference at a cell edge area and the like, so that the system throughput of the entire wireless network can be significantly increased.

A cell information transmission method of a base station in a wireless communication system according to the present disclosure includes transmitting, by the base station, system information to a terminal, the system information including a neighbor cell list having at least one cell Identifier (ID), and transmitting, by the base station, cell information on at least one cell selected according to a predetermined rule based on the neighbor cell list to the terminal.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for detecting signals in a cellular system are provided. The method includes estimating power of a dominant interference cell and detecting a signal by reducing a detection performance degradation caused by an interference signal of the dominant interference cell. The dominant interference cell includes a cell, other than a serving cell, causing an interference.
