Abstract: Provided is a method of performing a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication and a vehicle electronic apparatus. The method includes controlling a first communication module configured for communication of a first communication type to receive, from at least one external device, a broadcast message indicating information about a communication type supported by the at least one external device, disabling the first communication module based on the broadcast message, and using a second communication module to perform communication with the at least one external device using a second communication type.
