Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are provided for rearranging pages comprising one or more objects in an electronic device. The method includes displaying one or more pages having one or more objects on a display of the electronic device; receiving a first input; in response to the first input: displaying at least one or more objects having a same attribute in a page, wherein the at least one or more objects are next to each other; receiving a second input; in response to the second input, changing a position of the at least one or more objects; receiving a third input; and in response to the third input, rearranging the one or more pages according to the changed position.
