Various embodiments may provide an electronic device comprising a touch display, wherein the touch display comprises: a substrate; a plurality of common electrodes arranged at predetermined intervals on the substrate and used for both liquid crystal alignment and touch wiring; a liquid crystal layer disposed on the common electrodes; and a color filter disposed on the liquid crystal layer and including a plurality of unit pixels arranged at predetermined intervals by using a low-resistance black matrix (BM) layer disposed on the rear surface thereof, wherein the BM layer is formed of a low-resistance material, and at least a partial region of the BM layer is electrically connected to the ground of the substrate.

A method and apparatus for adaptively applying a central heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system and an individual HVAC system are provided. The method includes analyzing comfort levels of a core zone and a perimeter zone in a building by comparing temperatures of the core zone and the perimeter zone with a set temperature, comparing a difference between the temperatures of the core zone and the perimeter zone with an environmental parameter, if only one of the core zone and the perimeter zone is comfortable as a result of the analysis, and changing a currently operating HVAC system based on a result of the comparison.

The present disclosure relates to a sensor network, Machine Type Communication (MTC), Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication, and technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the above technologies, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services.The present disclosure provides a method of determining information for building information modeling (BIM) by a BIM device. The method comprises detecting BIM data corresponding to type information related to a use characteristic of a building among predeterminded BIM data, determining a plurality of ranges for each of a plurality of parameters in the BIM data by using values for each of the plurality of parameters, generating multiple parameter sets based on the plurality of ranges for each of the plurality of parameters, and determining at least one of the multiple parameter sets as at least one parameter set to be used for the BIM, based on power consumption calculated for each of the multiple parameter sets.
