Abstract: An indoor unit for air conditioners includes a main body and a panel frame coupled to the main body. The main body includes a blower fan configured to generate air flow, and a heat exchanger configured to exchange heat with the air. The panel frame includes an air inlet forming an air supply passage to the main body and an air outlet forming a discharge passage for air discharged from the main body.
