Abstract: A display device includes: a base substrate including a display area and a non-display area positioned at a side of the display area; at least one transistor in the display area of the base substrate and conductive lines in the non-display area of the base substrate; at least one light-emitting element in the display area that is coupled to the at least one transistor; an encapsulation layer covering the light-emitting element; a sensing electrode on the encapsulation layer and a sensing line on the encapsulation layer coupled to the sensing electrode; and an align mark on the encapsulation layer at least partially overlapping some of the conductive lines in the non-display area, in a plan view.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a display device, including: providing an object to be processed; forming a linear portion of the object to be processed by performing a first laser processing for the object to be processed; and forming a curved portion of the object to be processed by performing a second laser processing different from the first laser processing for the object to be processed. A laser processing apparatus, is also provided, including: an irradiation unit applying a laser onto an object to be processed; and a controller controlling an operation of the irradiation unit. The controller controls the irradiation unit to form a linear portion of the object to be processed by applying the laser onto the object according to a first condition and forming a curved portion of the object by applying the laser onto the object according to a second condition different from the first condition.

An outer surface adjacent to the first surface of the first substrate protrudes outward from an outer surface adjacent to the second surface of the first substrate, and a first width of a region of the first surface of the first substrate that does not overlap with the second surface in the linear portion is greater than a second width of a region of the first surface of the first substrate that does not overlap with the second surface of the first substrate in the curved portion.
