Abstract: A light emitting diode is presented, including: a first electrode; a second electrode overlapping the first electrode; an emission layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a light efficiency improving layer positioned on at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode may include one surface facing the emission layer and the other surface opposing the one surface and including the other surface on which the light efficiency improving layer is positioned.
