    Abstract: An organic light-emitting device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic light-emitting layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and comprising at least a host material, a first dopant for emitting light of a first color and a second dopant for emitting light of a second color, which is different from the first color. The organic light-emitting layer is divided into a first region adjacent to the first electrode, a second region adjacent to the second electrode, and a third region between the first region and the second region. Only the second dopant is provided in at least one of the first region and the second region.
