    Abstract: A mask includes a first mask that includes a first long side that extends in a first direction and a first short side that extends in a second direction that crosses the first direction and that includes a first edge portion, a first center portion, and a first welded portion, that are sequentially arranged in the first direction. The mask further includes a second mask that includes a second long side that extends in the first direction and a second short side that extends in the second direction and that includes a second welded portion, a second center portion, and a second edge portion, that are sequentially arranged in the first direction. The first welded portion is in contact with the second welded portion.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a substrate; a 1-1 light-emitting device and a 1-2 light-emitting device over the substrate and each comprising a first emission layer and a first charge generation layer; a second light-emitting device adjacent to the 1-1 light-emitting device and comprising a second emission layer comprising a material that emits light of a color different from that of the first emission layer and a second charge generation layer spaced apart from the first charge generation layer; and a pixel-defining layer comprising an opening exposing a center portion of a pixel electrode of each of the 1-1 light-emitting device, the 1-2 light-emitting device, and the second light-emitting device, wherein an upper surface of the pixel-defining layer between the 1-1 light-emitting device and the 1-2 light-emitting device comprises a first groove concave toward the substrate, wherein the first charge generation layer is cut off at the first groove.

    Abstract: A metal mask according to some embodiments of the present disclosure may include a metal thin film having a first thickness and having a first region including a transmission region defining first openings penetrating the metal thin film, and a non-transmission region including an etching portion having a second thickness that is smaller than the first thickness, and a second region adjacent the first region, and defining second openings penetrating the metal thin film, wherein an opening density of the first region is less than an opening density of the second region, the opening density of the first region being defined as a number of the first openings per an area of the first region, and the opening density of the second region being defined as a number of the second openings per an area of the second region.
