    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate; a display area on the substrate, where the display area includes a plurality of pixels; a peripheral area on the substrate, where the peripheral area is on a periphery of the display area; a first protective layer on the substrate, where the first protective layer is in the display area and the peripheral area; and a second protective layer on the substrate, where the second protective layer is in the display area and the peripheral area. The first protective layer and the second protective layer overlap each other.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate including a bending area at least partially bent around a bending axis extending in a first direction; a first organic layer on the substrate, where a plurality of first openings is defined in a portion of the first organic layer corresponding to the bending area; a first conductive layer on the portion of the first organic layer and covering at least a portion of the plurality of first openings; a second organic layer on the first conductive layer, where a plurality of second openings is defined in the second organic layer; and a second conductive layer on the second organic layer, covering at least a portion of the plurality of second openings, and electrically connected to the first conductive layer through the plurality of second openings.

    Abstract: An OLED device includes a display panel including a display region and a pad region located at a first side of the display region. The pad region includes a bending region located in a portion of the pad region adjacent to the display region and in a pad electrode region located in a remaining portion of the pad region. A lower protection film is on a lower surface of the display panel and exposes a portion of the bending region. The lower protection film includes a first lower protection film including a first concave-convex pattern in the bending region adjacent to the display region. A second lower protection film is spaced apart from the first lower protection film and includes a second concave-convex pattern in the bending region adjacent to the pad electrode region. The second concave-convex pattern has a shape that is insertable into the first concave-convex pattern.
