Abstract: A display device includes: a first driving transistor including a first gate electrode and a first semiconductor layer including a first source region and a first drain region, the first driving transistor being in a first pixel area of a substrate; a second driving transistor including a second gate electrode and a second semiconductor layer including a second source region and a second drain region, the second driving transistor being in a second pixel area adjacent the first pixel area of the substrate; a first electrode layer overlapping at least a portion of the first source region of the first driving transistor; a second electrode layer overlapping at least a portion of the second source region of the second driving transistor; a first power line electrically connected to the first electrode layer; and a second power line electrically connected to the second electrode layer.

Abstract: A display apparatus is disclosed, which includes a pixel. The pixel includes first through fifth transistors and a light emitting element. The first transistor includes a control electrode electrically connected to a first node, an input electrode that receives a first power voltage and an output electrode electrically connected to the light emitting element. The second transistor includes a control electrode that receives a scan signal, an input electrode that receives a grayscale data voltage and an output electrode electrically connected to a second node. The third transistor includes a control electrode electrically connected to the second node, an input electrode that receives a reference voltage and an output electrode electrically connected to the first node. The fourth transistor includes a control electrode that receives the scan signal, an input electrode that receives a bias data voltage and an output electrode electrically connected to the first node. The fifth transistor includes a control electrode that receives a sensing control signal, an input electrode that receives an initialization voltage and an output electrode electrically connected to the light emitting element.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting display includes a first pixel adjacent to a second pixel and a plurality of driving voltage lines to apply driving voltages to the first pixel and the second pixel. The driving voltage lines extend in a first direction crossing the first pixel and the second pixel and a second direction crossing the first direction. Each of the first and second pixels includes a first driving transistor and a second driving transistor that are symmetrical to each other with respect to a boundary between the first pixel and the second pixel, and a first compensation transistor and a second compensation transistor that are asymmetrical to each other with respect to the boundary.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display apparatus includes first and second pixels on a display region, first and second scan lines connected to the first and second pixels respectively, and a gate driver to output a first scan signal and a second scan signal to the first and second scan lines respectively. The first pixel includes a first pixel circuit and a first organic light emitting diode (OLED). The second pixel includes a second pixel circuit and a second OLED. Each of the first and second pixel circuits includes a driving transistor to output driving current to the anode of a respective one of the first and second OLEDs. The anode of the second OLED at least partially overlaps the gate of a driving transistor of the first pixel circuit.
