Abstract: A display device may include a first transistor, a light emitting device, a sensor capacitor, and an insulating layer. The light emitting device may be electrically connected to the first transistor and may include a pixel electrode, a common electrode, and a light-emitting member positioned between the pixel electrode and the common electrode. The sensor capacitor may include a first capacitor electrode, a second capacitor electrode, and a dielectric layer. The dielectric layer may be positioned between the first capacitor electrode and the second capacitor electrode, may directly contact both the first capacitor electrode and the second capacitor electrode, and may not emit light. The second capacitor electrode may be electrically connected to the common electrode. A face of the insulating layer may directly contact each of the pixel electrode and the first capacitor electrode.
