Abstract:
A pixel includes a pixel circuit and a storage circuit. The pixel circuit provides a driving current corresponding to a data signal to an organic light emitting diode. The storage circuit provides the data signal to the pixel circuit. The storage circuit includes a storage capacitor to store the data signal and a control transistor to transmit a data signal supplied from a data output line to the storage capacitor when the control transistor is turned on.
Abstract:
An organic light emitting display device includes a gamma reference voltage setter to set a gamma reference voltage, a gamma reference voltage generator to generate a gamma reference voltage set by the gamma reference voltage setter, and a gamma voltage generator to generate a gamma voltage based on the gamma reference voltage. The gamma reference voltage setter sets the gamma reference voltage to a first temporary value, increases the first temporary value by a first delta value, searches a second temporary value at which luminance of the display panel is less than a preset value, and sets the gamma reference voltage based on the searched second temporary value.
Abstract:
A pixel includes an organic light emitting diode, a first transistor, a second transistor, and a third transistor. The first transistor includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a gate electrode and may control a current applied to the organic light emitting diode from a first power source, wherein the gate electrode is electrically connected to a first node. The second transistor is electrically connected between the organic light emitting diode and the second electrode of the first transistor and may turn on in response to a first emission control signal. The third transistor is electrically connected between the first power source and the first electrode of the first transistor and may turn on in response to a second emission control signal. The second transistor may turn on two or more times during one frame. The third transistor may turn on exactly once in the one frame.
Abstract:
An organic light emitting display device comprises a first pixel region including first pixels which are driven in response to data signals when the organic light emitting display device is driven in a first mode and a second mode; a first scan driver which supplies scan signals to first scan lines connected to the first pixels; and a first light emitting driver which supplies light emission control signals to first light emission control lines which are connected to the first pixels. During one frame period in the second mode, the first light emitting driver supplies K light emission control signals to each of the first light emission control lines when a still image is displayed in the first pixel region, and supplies J light emission control signals to each of the light emission control lines when a moving image is displayed in the first pixel region.
