Abstract: An organic light-emitting apparatus and a method of manufacturing the same. The method includes depositing a mixed layer and a buffer layer as an electron transport layer on the emission layer by making a single round-trip of the source unit that includes the first through third ejectors in a scanning direction of the substrate, wherein the mixed layer includes a mixture of the first and second semiconductor materials and the buffer layer includes a single layer including the third semiconductor material.
