Abstract: A display device and method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the display device includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area. The display device also includes a first insulating layer formed in the non-display area, a first metal layer formed over the first insulating layer, and a second insulating layer formed over the first metal layer. A plurality of openings are formed in each of the first and second insulating layers and the first metal layer. The display device further includes a sealing member formed over the second insulating layer.
