    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a substrate, a scan line disposed over the substrate and extending in a first direction, an initialization voltage line disposed over the substrate and extending in the first direction, a first thin-film transistor including a first semiconductor layer and a first gate electrode insulated from the first semiconductor layer, the first semiconductor layer including a silicon semiconductor, and a second thin-film transistor including a second semiconductor layer and a second gate electrode insulated from the second semiconductor layer, the second semiconductor layer including an oxide semiconductor, wherein the second semiconductor layer is disposed between the scan line and the initialization voltage line in a plan view, and the second gate electrode extends from the scan line in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a display panel having an opening, a display area surrounding the opening, and a non-display area between the opening and the display area, the method includes the steps of: forming a pixel circuit including a at least one thin-film transistor in the display area, forming a first electrode electrically connected to the at least one thin-film transistor, forming a first layer having a plurality of slits in the non-display area, forming, on the first electrode, an intermediate layer and a second electrode that form a light-emitting element, the intermediate layer and the second electrode being disposed on the display area and the non-display area, and covering the first layer, lifting the second electrode off from the intermediate layer by irradiating a first laser beam having a first energy density toward the first layer, the intermediate layer, and the second electrode, which are stacked, and lifting off the first layer and the intermediate layer by irradiating a second laser beam having a second energy density greater than the first density toward the first layer.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display area extending in a first direction and a second direction, first to fourth sub-pixels, and a spacer. The first sub-pixel emits a first color light, and includes first and second sides extending in a third direction inclined at a predetermined angle with the first direction, and third and fourth sides extending in a fourth direction perpendicular to the third direction. The second sub-pixel emits a second color light, and is disposed adjacent to the second side of the first sub-pixel in the fourth direction. The third sub-pixel emits a third color light, and is disposed adjacent to the fourth side of the first sub-pixel in the third direction. The fourth sub-pixel emits the first color light, and is disposed adjacent to the second and third sub-pixels.
