Abstract: A display device includes: an array substrate including a pixel array in a display area; an encapsulation substrate facing the array substrate; and a sealing member in a sealing area and between the array substrate and the encapsulation substrate. The array substrate includes: an organic insulation layer in a peripheral area between the display area and the sealing area; a power bus line in the peripheral area and including a first wiring layer and a second wiring layer that overlap the organic insulation layer; and a compensation pattern disposed under the sealing member, extending along an outer edge of the sealing member, and including a first compensation layer and a second compensation layer. The first compensation layer is connected to the first wiring layer, and the second compensation layer is on the first compensation layer and connected to the second wiring layer.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate comprising a display area and a peripheral area and a first reflective member positioned in both the display area and the peripheral area. The first reflective member includes a first opening formed in a light-emitting region of the display area and a second opening formed in the peripheral area. The second reflective portion has openings having the same shape as openings formed in the first reflective portion. Thus, a reflectivity of the first reflective portion may be substantially the same as a reflectivity of the second reflective portion, and the first reflective portion and the second reflective portion may be perceived as an integral reflective member. Therefore, a bezel-less mirror organic light emitting display device may be manufactured.

Abstract: An organic electro luminescence display is disclosed. In one embodiment, the display includes a substrate, an organic light emitting diode disposed on the substrate and including a pixel electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a common electrode, a scan interconnection disposed on the substrate and providing a scan signal to the organic light emitting diode. The display may further include a data interconnection disposed on the substrate and providing a data signal to the organic light emitting diode, and a power interconnection disposed on the substrate and providing a power to the organic light emitting diode. The common electrode has an opening which overlaps with at least a portion of the scan interconnection, the data interconnection, and the power interconnection.
