摘要： A display device includes: a display panel; and a color conversion panel overlapping the display panel, where the display panel includes a transistor disposed on a first substrate; a light-emitting element electrically connected to the transistor; and a passivation layer disposed between the transistor and the light-emitting element and including a first recess portion. The light-emitting element is disposed on the first recess portion, the color conversion panel includes a first color conversion layer, a second color conversion layer and a transmission layer, which are disposed between a second substrate and the display panel, and at least one selected from the first color conversion layer, the second color conversion layer and the transmission layer overlaps the first recess portion.

摘要： A display device includes a first conductive pattern on a substrate, a first insulating layer on the first conductive pattern, a semiconductor pattern on the first insulating layer, a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer and the semiconductor pattern, and a second conductive pattern on the second insulating layer. A first edge of the first conductive pattern faces a second edge of the second conductive pattern, the first conductive pattern does not overlap the second conductive pattern in an area where the first edge faces the second edge, the semiconductor pattern is in the area where the first edge faces the second edge, the second conductive pattern overlaps the second insulating layer, and the second insulating layer includes a third edge protruding from the second edge of the second conductive pattern.
