Abstract: An organic light emitting display (OLED) device includes a substrate, a semiconductor element on the substrate, a planarization layer on the semiconductor, and a light emitting structure on the planarization layer. The planarization layer includes a contact hole exposing a portion of the semiconductor and a plurality of grooves surrounding the contact hole. The light emitting structure is electrically connected to the semiconductor element via the contact hole.

The input sensing layer includes: a first conductive pattern on the display layer; an insulating layer on the first conductive pattern to cover the first conductive pattern, and defining a plurality of light collecting patterns overlapping with the light emitting areas in a plan view; a second conductive pattern on a top surface of the insulating layer; and an overcoat layer on the second conductive pattern to cover the insulating layer and the second conductive pattern. Each of the light collecting patterns is recessed downward from the top surface of the insulating layer.
