Abstract: The present disclosure provides constant-mass isobaric tags and methods for their use in multiplexed, double fragmentation mass spectrometry. The tags can be used for various aldehyde-, thiol-, amine-, and acid-containing analytes and can be used to quantify their relative amounts in different samples. Up to 192 samples can be combined for analysis.
