    Abstract: A threaded dental implant to be screwed into a jawbone for supporting at least one abutment and/or a dental superstructure, and having a socket arrangement with a first section and a second section with respective geometrical profiles around a longitudinal center axis of the implant. The first section cooperates with the abutment for securing the abutment in a determined position in the implant. The second section cooperates with an insertion tool for screwing the implant into the jawbone. The first section includes an annular coronal contact surface on top of an opening centric at a coronal end of the implant, followed in an apical direction by a first tapered section having a diameter decreasing in the apical direction, by a first cylindrical section, by first anti-rotational elements and by a threaded section.

    Abstract: Fastening system including a screw component (10) and a seating component (20). The screw component has a shaft (12) extending along a longitudinal axis (5) and having a maximum radius R1, said shaft comprising a threaded section (13), said screw component further including, at one end of the screw shaft, a head (14), the head comprising a bottom end (15) having a larger maximum radius R2 than the screw shaft such that an exposed underside (18) of the screw head extends radially beyond the maximum radius of the screw shaft. The seating component includes a screw channel (21) having a planar screw seat (22) having a minimum radius R3 which is equal to or greater than R1. The bottom end of the screw head has an annular contact surface for abutment against said screw seat, the contact surface being formed by the distal end of at least one downwardly extending protrusion (17) on the underside of the screw head, wherein the annular contact surface has a minimum radius greater than the minimum radius of the screw seat.

    Abstract: A powder injection molding apparatus including an injection unit, mold formed of two mold parts with parting surface between first and second mold part, enclosing in assembled state of mold a mold cavity fluidically connected with injection unit via transfer channel, vibrational energy generator and transducer, and clamping unit designed to retain under the effect of clamping force first and second mold parts in contact with each other.
