The new derivatives of 1,7-Dihydro-2H-pyrazolo-(4'',3'': 5,6)pyrido(4,3-d)pyrimidine-2,4-(3H)-diones have the general formula
R1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, phenyl or phenyl-lower alkyl. R2 is hydrogen, lower alkyl or phenyl. R3 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, phenyl, phenyl-lower alkyl, (lower alkyl)amino-lower alkyl or di(lower alkyl)amino-lower alkyl. R4 is lower alkyl, phenyl, lower alkyl-phenyl or cyclo lower alkyl.
