Abstract: There are provided an information processing program, an information processing device, an information processing method, and a microscope system capable of more efficiently performing parameter adjustment. The information processing program is an information processing program for causing a computer to execute an acquisition step of acquiring a first image obtained by imaging a specimen tissue, an analysis processing step of performing analysis processing on the first image using a predetermined parameter, and a determination step of determining whether to allow the analysis processing to be performed with the predetermined parameter on the basis of first characteristic information of a tissue form present in the first image and second characteristic information of a tissue form corresponding to the predetermined parameter.
