The rotating shaft is connected to the first body. The parallel linking mechanism is able to rotate in an integrated manner with the rotating shaft. The parallel linking mechanism has a first arm rotatably connected to the second body, a second arm rotatably connected to the second body, and a linking arm to link the first arm to the second arm in a parallel manner.
