The region detection part sets a detection-target region, and determines whether or not the mapping information included in the detection-target region is a threshold or more. The haptic-feedback arithmetic part calculates a haptic feedback to be presented to a user on the basis of a determination result from the region detection part.

The processor part is configured to generate segmented-waveshape data by segmenting oscillation-waveshape data at a timing based on one or a plurality of periods of the oscillation-waveshape data, and to generate waveshape data based on the segmented-waveshape data. The haptic-feedback-information output part is configured to generate and output haptic-feedback information corresponding to the waveshape data generated by the processor part. The detection part is configured to detect an input signal based on a user action, and to output the detected input signal to the processor part as the oscillation-waveshape data.
