    摘要: A micropump including: a stator (4); a rotor (6) slidably and rotatably mounted at least partially in the stator, the rotor comprising a first axial extension (24) having a first diameter (D1) and a second axial extension (26) having a second diameter (D2) greater than the first diameter; a first valve (V1) formed by a first valve seal (18) mounted on the stator around the first axial extension, in conjunction with a first channel (42) in the rotor that is configured to allow liquid communication across the first valve seal when the first valve is in an open position; a second valve (V2) formed by a second valve seal (20) mounted on the stator around the second axial extension, in conjunction with a second channel (44) in the rotor that is configured to allow liquid communication across the second valve seal when the second valve is in an open position; a pump chamber (8) formed between the rotor and stator and between the first valve seal and second valve seal, and a cam system comprising a cam track (22, 22′) on one of the rotor or stator and a cam follower (36, 36′) on the other of the rotor or stator for axially displacing the rotor relative to the stator as a function of the rotation of the rotor, the cam track comprising a valves-closed chamber-full section (28), a valves-closed chamber-empty section (30), an intake section (32) and an expel section (34). The expel section comprises an expel hold position (34b) defining an intermediate axial position between the valves-closed chamber-full section and valves-closed chamber-empty section for partial delivery of a pump cycle volume during the expel phase.

    摘要: A drug delivery device comprising a delivery unit (2) including an internal reservoir (8), a subcutaneous delivery mechanism (6), a pump for pumping liquid from the internal reservoir to the subcutaneous delivery system, and a liquid filling mechanism (12) configured for injecting liquid from an external vial (16) or reservoir into the internal reservoir. The liquid filling mechanism comprises a filling port (14) and a valve mechanism (18) selectively operable to: open a first fluid path (54) extending from the filling port to the internal fluid reservoir and close a second fluid path (56) extending from the internal reservoir to the subcutaneous delivery member, or close the first fluid path and open the second fluid path. The valve mechanism comprises a valve housing (48) fixedly mounted in relation to a housing of the drug delivery device and a valve stem (50) rotatably received within the valve housing, whereby the first fluid path and the second fluid path are selectively operated by the rotational position of the valve stem in relation to the valve housing, such that when the valve stem is in a first position, the first fluid path is open while the second fluid path is closed, and when the valve stem is in a second position, the second fluid path is open while the first fluid path is closed.

    摘要: A delivery unit (2) of a drug delivery device (1), the delivery unit (2) comprising a subcutaneous delivery mechanism (9) having a subcutaneous delivery member (92), and a subcutaneous delivery member actuation mechanism (10) being operable to move the subcutaneous delivery member (92) between a retracted position and an extended position. The actuation mechanism (10) comprises a rotary member (102) having an engagement member (104) rotatable relative a support member (14), and an actuator (106) comprising a pivot portion (10A) and an engagement portion (10B) pivotally connected to the support member via the pivot portion. The engagement member (104) and engagement portion (10B) are configured to engage upon rotation of the rotary member to pivot the actuator between first and second positions and to thereby move the subcutaneous delivery member (92) between the corresponding retracted and extended positions. In an embodiment, the needle actuation mechanism may comprise a reuse protection.
