Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a 5th (5G) generation or pre-5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate beyond a 4th (4G) generation communication system such as long term evolution (LTE). An operating method of a base station in a wireless communication system may include identifying a resource for transmitting at least one sequence for interference measurement of another base station, based on information received from a management device, and transmitting the at least one sequence through the resource, the information received from the management device may include information of the at least one sequence and the resource, and the information of the at least one sequence and the resource may be generated based on a grouping result of base stations based on an operating frequency.

Abstract: A device of a base station may comprise memory storing instructions; a transceiver; and a processor. The instructions, when executed by the processor, may cause the device to: receive, uplink signals within symbols of a first slot; obtain an interference strength of a symbol that has an index usable for transmission of a sounding reference signal (SRS) on a neighbor cell from among the symbols of the first slot; determine, as time resources for uplink data to be transmitted from a user equipment (UE) within a second slot, at least one symbol respectively having at least another index distinct from the index from among symbols of the second slot; and transmit, to the UE, downlink control information indicating the at least one symbol from among the symbols of the second slot as the time resources for the uplink data to be transmitted within the second slot.
