Abstract: An electrophotographic image forming apparatus including a photoreceptor on which an electrostatic latent image is formed, a developing roller for forming a visual toner image by supplying toner onto the electrostatic latent image, a transfer unit for transferring the visual toner image onto a recording medium, and a cleaning member for removing residual toner remaining on the photoreceptor after the transfer of the visual toner image from the photoreceptor is described.
