Abstract: A wearable device includes at least one memory, at least one sensor, a display, and at least one processor configured to receive, via the display, an input with respect to an item among a plurality of items respectively representing an exercise plan; in response to receiving the input, acquire, via the sensor, information for a first body temperature of a user wearing the wearable device; in response to identifying that the first body temperature is less than a first reference temperature, display a second screen guiding a warm-up exercise distinguishable from a first screen guiding the exercise plan indicated by the item corresponding to the input; acquire, via the sensor, a second body temperature of the user, while the second screen is displayed; and in response to identifying that the second body temperature reaches a second reference temperature, switch the second screen to the first screen.

Abstract: In various embodiments, an electronic device may include: a light receiver including light receiving circuitry, a light emitter including light emitting circuitry, a partition wall disposed between the light receiver and the light emitter configured to block light emitted by the light emitter from being directly incident on the light receiver, a film disposed above one surface of the light receiver, and a processor. The film may include a transmission region configured to transmit light of all wavelength bands and a selective blocking region configured to absorb light of a specific wavelength band. The processor may be configured to analyze light incident on the light receiver through the film.

Abstract: Various embodiments provide an electronic device and a method, the device comprising: a capacitive sensor, a heart rate sensor including at least one light-emitting unit, a first light receiving unit, and a second light receiving unit; and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to: measure capacitance for a user wearing the electronic device by using the capacitive sensor; emit light by using the light-emitting unit according to the capacitance; measure a first amount of light which is said light reflected by the user's body tissue through the first light receiving unit, and a second amount of light which is said light reflected by the body tissue through the second light receiving unit; determine that the electronic device is worn by the user when at least one amount of light of the first amount of light and the second amount of light satisfies an amount of light in a specified range; and determine that the electronic device is detached from the user when the first amount of light and the second amount of light do not satisfy the amount of light in the specified range. Also, other embodiments are possible.

Abstract: An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention may comprise: at least one electrode having conductivity; a capacitance sensor, at least one switch electrically connected between the at least one electrode and the capacitance sensor, and capable of selectively connecting the at least one electrode and the capacitance sensor; and a control circuit, wherein the control circuit measures a first capacitance value by using the capacitance sensor in a state where the at least one switch is open, measures a second capacitance value corresponding to an external object contacting the at least one electrode, by using the capacitance sensor in a state where the at least one switch is connected, corrects the second capacitance value by using the first capacitance value, and determines the corrected second capacitance value as a capacitance value for the external object. Various other embodiments are possible.
