    摘要: A gas turbine engine comprises a hollow rotor including a plurality of rotor segments stacked and coupled together in a direction of its center axis and forming at least one of a compressor and a turbine; and a pipe unit inserted into an inner space of the rotor in the center axis direction. In the gas turbine engine, a weight distribution of the pipe unit within an axial transverse section is set eccentric with respect to the center axis of the rotor. In this way, a gas turbine engine which is high in performance and reliability is provided, in which a pipe provided in an inner space of the rotor to transport a cooling medium or lay out a cable, etc., is prevented from whirling.

    摘要: An encoding device includes a first memory that stores image data, plural second memories that are associated with plural target pixels in the image data, each second memory storing pixel data of one or more reference pixels near the associated target pixel thereof, a controller that causes each second memory to store pixel data of the one or more reference pixels near the associated target pixel thereof specified from the image data stored in the first memory, and plural encoders that perform encoding on each of the plural target pixels by estimating pixel data of each target pixel using pixel data of the one or more reference pixels near each respective target pixel stored in the plural second memories wherein the plural target pixels have different positions in a subscanning direction such that one target pixel does not overlap with another target pixel in a main scanning direction, and the total amount of data of all of the reference pixels used by the plural encoders is equal to or less than the amount of information of one line of image data stored in the first memory.

    摘要: A gas turbine engine and a turbine stator assembly which is capable of being cooled effectively with a small amount of air. The stator assembly comprises a stator vane disposed to be exposed to a combustion gas passage. The stator vane comprises a cooling passage defined therein. The cooling passage is disposed on an upstream of the gas turbine engine and extending in a radial direction with respect to a central axis of the gas turbine engine. The stator vane also has an inlet communicated to a radially outward end of the cooling passage. The stator vane further has an adjustment member secured to the stator vane so that it covers the inlet. The adjustment member has two apertures for guiding a cooling air radially inwardly through the inlet into the cooling passage. The two apertures are spaced away from each other along a camber line of the stator vane.
