摘要： An apparatus and methods for measuring and supporting the cervical curve include a tool comprising a plurality of predetermined curves each substantially complementary in shape to a cervical curve, for measuring a person's cervical curve when the tool is positioned adjacent the nape of the person's neck. The tool comprises a predetermined size range of curves for allowing measurement of variously sized cervical curves. An embodiment of the tool includes a plurality of cards having a predetermined curve positioned along the edge of the card, for positioning adjacent the nape of the person's neck to measure the cervical curve. The method includes providing a cervical support pillow having dimensions substantially corresponding to the cervical curve measurement.

摘要： Generally stated, the present invention provides a glove which can be used in playing the game of golf. In desired arrangements, the glove can include a control-strap which is operatively affixed to the back-side surface of the glove. The control-strap is configured to extend around a handle or grip-end of a golf club, with at least a portion of the control-strap configured to extend along the heel region of the glove and contact a thumb-side surface of the grip-end of the golf club. In other aspects, the glove can include first and second indexing lines which are located on the palm-side surface of the glove and delimit a finger-alignment area therebetween. Additionally, a grip target-region can be operatively designated on the palm-side surface of the glove.

摘要： A current mortgage price indicator futures contract (“Mortgage Futures Contract”) that can be traded on a futures exchange is described. The contracts add value over existing hedging and speculating alternatives by meeting the needs of a wide range of mortgage and mortgage-backed securities (MBS) market participants such as portfolio managers, dealers, hedgers, originators, speculators and arbitrageurs. The Mortgage Futures Contract is based upon conventional MBS and has a relatively current coupon composition, thereby resulting in risk properties that appeal to market participants more so than prior contracts based on non-conventional MBS that were not correlated to current MBS production. The Mortgage Futures Contract has a cash settlement feature designed to eliminate complicated and largely uneconomic physical delivery of the underlying security. A options contract corresponding to the Mortgage Futures Contract and that can be traded on a futures exchange is also described.

摘要： A drill for a paper drilling machine. The drill is made of two separate parts, namely a cutting bit of hollow generally cylindrical form having an annular cutting edge at one end, and a hollow cylindrical sleeve which receives the opposite end portion of the bit and which is itself received in a collet assembly of a drill spindle of the machine. The sleeve is radially compressible and is compressed by the collet assembly to frictionally grip the bit and permit transmission of drilling torque from the drill spindle to the bit in use.
