Abstract:
An IR sensor system, an IR sensor module, a temperature detection module and a corresponding calibration method are provided. The IR sensor system has an IR sensor module including a pixelated IR detection area, which has a first control unit for controlling an IR measuring operation and a calibration operation, and a storage unit connected to it, and including a temperature detection module which is detectable in a pixel subarea of the IR detection area, the temperature detection module having a temperature sensor device and a second control unit connected to it. The geometric position of the pixel subarea on the IR detection area is storable in the storage unit.
Abstract:
A method for calibrating an optical fluid sensor, the method including providing a calibration element having defined properties similar to those of a fluid to be measured; simulating optical characteristics of the fluid to be measured, with the aid of the calibration element, a measuring radiation being routed onto the calibration element, and evaluating the measuring radiation modified by the calibration element, at least one calibration point of the fluid being ascertained with the aid of the calibration element.
Abstract:
A spectroscopic sensor device comprising an absorption path for receiving at least one fluid medium that is to be analyzed, an infrared radiation source for sending out infrared radiation into the absorption path, an infrared sensor array that has a multiplicity of pixels that can be individually evaluated, which are fashioned to detect the infrared radiation propagated from the infrared radiation source through the fluid medium as individual pixel measurement signals, and comprising an evaluation device that is fashioned to combine a multiplicity of pixel measurement signals of the pixels and to output them via an individual measurement channel. Furthermore, a method for operating a spectroscopic sensor device is also described.
