摘要: A port controller device includes a pull-up resistor, a switching circuit, an enabling circuitry, and a protection circuitry. The pull-up resistor is configured to be coupled to a port, in which the port is configured to be coupled to a channel configuration pin of an electronic device. The switching circuit is configured to selectively transmit a supply voltage to the port via the pull-up resistor according to a first control signal, and turn off a signal path between the pull-up resistor and the port according to a second control signal. The enabling circuitry is configured to generate the first control signal according to an enable signal and the supply voltage. The protection circuitry is configured to generate the second control signal in response to a voltage from the port when the supply voltage is not powered, in order to limit a current from the port.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a power circuit including a power supply circuit and a first control circuit. The power supply circuit is electrically connected to a power supply source and a power terminal for selectively providing power to the power terminal. The first control circuit is electrically connected to the power supply circuit and configured to receive a detection signal to enable or disable the power supply circuit. When the detection signal is enabled, the first control circuit provides a first enable signal to the power supply circuit, so that the power supply circuit provides power to the power terminal. When the detection signal is at the disable level, the first control circuit is configured to provide the first disable signal to the power supply circuit, so that the power supply circuit stops providing power from the power supply source to the power terminal.

摘要: A circuit that includes an input stage circuit and an output stage circuit is provided. The input stage circuit includes a differential pair circuit and two output current mirror circuits. The differential pair circuit operates according to a first voltage source to receive a first and a second input voltages and generate a first and a second output currents. The two output current mirror circuits operate according to a second voltage source to generate a first current mirror output current fed to an input stage output node according to the first output current and generate a second current mirror output current flowed from the input stage output node according to the second output current. The output stage circuit operates according to the second voltage source to receive an input voltage from the input stage output node to generate an output voltage.

摘要: A switching device includes a first switch and a threshold voltage adjustment circuitry. The first switch is configured to be selectively turned on according to an enable signal, in order to connect a first pin to a second pin. The threshold voltage adjustment circuitry is configured to adjust a voltage level of a bulk terminal of the first switch according to the enable signal and a voltage provided from a power source. In response to the voltage being de-asserted, the threshold voltage adjustment circuitry is further configured to cut off a signal path between the bulk terminal and the power source.
