摘要： A power saving vacuuming pump system is based on complete-bearing-sealing and dry-large-pressure-difference root vacuuming root pumps includes an input valve at an input end of a vacuum space for receiving gas mixture of saturation water vapor and non-condensed air from a condenser of a power plant; a first root vacuum pump connected to the input valve for receiving gas mixture from the input valve and then compressing the gas mixture; a second root vacuum pump connected to the first root vacuum pump for receiving gas mixture from the first root vacuum pump and then compressing the gas mixture. Inner connection walls between the vacuum chamber and the two bearing chambers are installed respective bearings which are installed to be around the driving shaft, and thus all the vacuum chamber and the two bearing chambers are tightly sealed. The vacuum chamber is completely dried so as to prevent from internal emulsion.

摘要： A modularized integrated non-coaxial multiple chamber dry vacuum pump is formed by at least two modularized vacuum chambers that can be integrated into a solid multiple stage dry vacuum pump. These chambers are connected in serial to allow gas to pass through and be discharged directly to the atmosphere. Each chamber contains a pair of lobes of its own and at least one chamber does not share at least one coaxial axle with another chamber. At least two chambers do not share all co-axial(s) and can have their own power drive at different RPMs from either different motors or transmissions.

摘要： A multistage power saving vacuum device with a root vacuum pump in a first stage is used in condenser vacuuming of a fired power plant. A root vacuum pump is used in a first stage and then at least one second stage vacuum pump is used to further process the pumping gas so that the gas vented outside is compressed through multiple stages and thus volume of the gas to be vented out has reduced greatly so as to reduce power consumption. The multistage power saving vacuum device comprises a vacuum inlet gas-driving shut-off valve; a first root vacuum pump; at least one second vacuum pump serially connected to the first root vacuum pump; when there are more than one the second vacuum pumps, all the second vacuum pumps are serially connected. The multistage power saving vacuum device further comprises a last stage vacuum pump and a vapor separator.

摘要： A multistage pump assembly with at least one co-used shaft comprises a first pump set including at least two vacuum chambers. Each vacuum chamber of the first pump set is installed with at least one rotor and a first driving shaft, the rotor is installed to the first driving shaft in the same vacuum chamber of the first pump set. The first driving shafts in the first pump set are co-shafted, that is, rotors in the at least two vacuum chambers of the first pump set are installed at the same first driving shaft. A second pump set includes at least one vacuum chamber which includes at least one rotor and a second driving shaft. An outlet of the second pump set is connected to an inlet of the first pump set through an air tube.
