    Abstract: A vascular device for treating vein valve insufficiency including an elongated member, a first retention portion movable from a first elongated insertion position to an expanded position and a second retention portion movable from a first elongated insertion position to an expanded position. An intermediate looped portion is positioned between the first portion and the second portion. The valve is supported by the intermediate looped portion and is movable between an open position to allow blood flow therethrough and a closed position to inhibit blood flow therethrough. The intermediate looped portion is adjustable to loops of different diameters dependent on an inner diameter of the vessel wall.

    Abstract: An atherectomy device for removing deposits such as plaque from an interior of a vessel including an outer member and a rotatable shaft positioned for rotational movement within the outer member and fixed axially within the outer member. A tip is mounted to the distal region of the rotatable shaft and is positioned distally of the distal end of the outer member to create a gap between the proximal end of the rotatable tip and the distalmost edge of the outer member. The rotatable tip has a longitudinal axis mounted to the rotatable shaft for rotation about its longitudinal axis upon rotation of the shaft, the shaft including a guidewire lumen for receiving a guidewire to enable over the wire insertion of the device.

    Abstract: A device for treating a lesion in a body lumen to enlarge a passageway in the body lumen having at least one cutting member and a tracking member.     Abstract: A system for stapling tissue includes a stapling head and a control unit. The stapling head includes an endoscope receiving lumen extending therethrough and first and second jaws movable with respect to one another between a tissue receiving configuration and a tissue stapling configuration. The first jaw includes a staple firing mechanism and the second jaw includes a staple forming surface. The stapling head further includes gross and fine movement mechanisms controlling gross and fine movements, respectively, of one of the first and second jaws relative to the other of the first and second jaws.
