摘要： An apparatus including a computer which provides a first forum to an agent's device and to a counterparty's device in a negotiation matter. The computer provides a private communication session in a second forum only to the agent's device and to a principal's device separate and apart from the first forum. The computer provides and records a videoconference call between the agents device and the counterparty's device and provides information regarding a previous discussion, conversation, or correspondence. The computer records the videoconference call as a digital recording, and the apparatus translates an audio conversation into a written transcript. The computer stores the digital recording and the written transcript and generates a report. The report is stored in a distributed ledger and blockchain technology system. The apparatus stores a video call summary message in the computer and in the distributed ledger and blockchain technology system.
