Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for detecting and isolating a cell population co-expressing CD45 and EpCAM and the use thereof. In the present invention, a composition or a kit comprising an anti-CD45 antibody and an anti-EpCAM antibody is used for detecting and isolating a cell population co-expressing CD45 and EpCAM from PBMCs, and is used for rapid in-vitro screening of cancer, guiding treatment of cancer, and evaluating the effectiveness of cancer treatment.
