Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a client may receive an observed environmental vector feedback configuration associated with a reporting procedure for reporting updates corresponding to at least one observed environmental vector that is based at least in part on one or more features associated with an environment of the client, wherein the observed environmental vector comprises input for a first machine learning component that determines client specific parameters for use by a second machine learning component. The client may transmit an update corresponding to the at least one observed environmental vector based at least in part on the observed environmental vector feedback configuration. Abstract: A first wireless device, such as a user equipment, generates a message indicating a processing time for at least one of training a neural network for channel state information (CSI) derivation or for reporting the CSI based on a trained neural network. The first wireless device transmits the message indicating the processing time to a second wireless device. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration identifying a first set of frequency resources for transmitting a sounding reference signal, where the sounding reference signal may be used at least for downlink channel state information acquisition. The UE may receive an indication of an association between the configuration for the sounding reference signal and a second set of frequency resources and determine, based on the association, values for one or more sounding reference signal transmission parameters for the first set of frequency resources. The UE may transmit the sounding reference signal on the first set of frequency resources based on the determined one or more values.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may transmit feedback to a base station indicating phase values for sub-bands in a bandwidth part (BWP). The base station may use the phase feedback to perform precoding on a set of beams. To support a reduced payload overhead for the feedback, the UE may implement differential phase feedback. For example, the UE may divide the BWP into a number of sub-band groups and may generate, for each sub-band group of each beam, a first set of bits indicating an absolute phase value for a first sub-band of the sub-band group. The UE may additionally generate a second set of bits indicating differential phase values for the other sub-bands of each sub-band group. The UE may report the first and second sets of bits for the beams to the base station for precoding.

Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) receives a channel state information (CSI) decoder and CSI encoder from a base station on a physical downlink control channel (PDSCH) or a media access control-control element (MAC-CE). The method also includes training the CSI decoder and CSI encoder based on observed channel and interference conditions to obtain updated decoder coefficients and updated encoder coefficients. The method further includes receiving an indication of resources for transmission of the updated encoder coefficients and updated decoder coefficients. The method includes transmitting the updated decoder coefficients and updated encoder coefficients to the base station in accordance with the indication of resources. Further, the method includes receiving an updated CSI decoder and updated CSI encoder from the base station for further training.
