Abstract: A first controller controls the DC-DC converter to perform a step-up operation when a voltage on the DC bus is lower than a first reference voltage and controls the DC-DC converter to suspend the step-up operation when the voltage is equal to or higher than the first reference voltage. A second controller controls the inverter to maintain the voltage on the DC bus constant when the voltage on the DC bus is lower than a second reference voltage and controls the inverter to maximize an output power of the inverter when the voltage is equal to or higher than the second reference voltage.

Abstract: A bridge circuit converts input direct-current voltage and outputs alternating-current voltage. A filter circuit attenuates a high-frequency component of the alternating-current voltage output from the bridge circuit. A clamping circuit is disposed between the bridge circuit and the filter circuit, and is capable of short-circuiting the output side of the bridge circuit. A control circuit has a first mode in which a switching element causes the alternating-current voltage to be output to the filter circuit at three or more voltage levels, and a second mode in which the switching element causes the alternating-current voltage to be output to the filter circuit at two voltage levels. When power conversion devices have their alternating-current side output paths connected and operate in parallel, at least one of the power conversion devices operating in parallel operates in the second mode.

Abstract: Provided is a power conversion device capable of suppressing common-mode voltage fluctuation resulting from output voltage transitioning. A power conversion device 1 is provided with N voltage control units 21 to 2N, a full-bridge conversion unit having four switches QB1 to QB4, a clamp unit having holding switches QC1 and QC2, and a control unit 5. The control unit controls the four switches QB1 to QB4, the holding switches QC1 and QC2, the pairs of regenerative switches Q11 to Q1N and Q21 to Q2N and pairs of input switches Q31 to Q3N and Q41 to Q4N of each of the N voltage control units 21 to 2N. As a result, the control unit can switch an output voltage V1 between 2N+3 levels.

Abstract: Provided is a circuit module having less noise, and an inverter using the same. The circuit module 2 is provided with a circuit part 4, an input terminal part 5, an output terminal part 6, and a support 21. The circuit part 4 includes a conversion circuit, and a switch circuit. The output terminal part 6 includes a first output terminal 61 and a second output terminal 62 that are respectively electrically connected to a pair of output points of the circuit part 4. The arrangement of the output terminal part 6 on one surface of the support 21 is such that the first output terminal and the second output terminal are positioned around the circuit part 4 on the same side with respect to the circuit part 4, or the first output terminal and the second output terminal are adjacent to one another around the circuit part 4.
