Abstract: An operation mode selection image represents a first selection range of values of power consumption setting that are selectable in a first mode at the time of purchase of an air conditioner, a second selection range values of power consumption setting that are selectable in the first mode at a current time, a third selection range values of power consumption setting that are selectable in a second mode at the time of purchase of the air conditioner, and a fourth selection range values of power consumption setting that are selectable in the second mode at the current time. The relationship between the sizes of the first and second selection ranges and the relationship between the sizes of the third and fourth selection ranges represent a degree of decrease in the performance of the air conditioner over the period from the time of purchase to the current time.

Abstract: A refrigerator management method according to one aspect of the present invention includes: obtaining log information including temperature information indicating an interior temperature of a refrigerator and opened and closed information indicating whether or not a door of the refrigerator has been opened and closed; calculating, based on the log information, a timewise change in the interior temperature for when the door is opened and closed in a predetermined period and for when the door is not opened and closed in the predetermined period; and outputting result information indicating a calculation result calculated in the calculating.

Abstract: A failure diagnosis device includes a communication unit, a data comparison unit, and an eligibility determination unit. The communication unit acquires first physical quantity data and second physical quantity data of a type different from that of the first physical quantity data that are used for performing failure diagnosis of a home appliance acquired by a sensor unit, and first control information related to the second physical quantity data acquired by the home appliance. The data comparison unit compares the second physical quantity data with the first control information. The eligibility determination unit determines whether or not the first physical quantity data is eligible as data used for the failure diagnosis based on a comparison result obtained by the data comparison unit.

Abstract: An information notification method for use in an information notification system connected to an air conditioner including a refrigerant circuit and an information communication apparatus includes detecting a connection state indicating whether the air conditioner is connected to a network, determining whether the air conditioner performed a refrigerant recovery operation on the refrigerant circuit on the basis of the operation log information that indicates an operation log of the air conditioner and that is received from the air conditioner, determining whether the air conditioner has been relocated on the basis of the detected connection state and the determination as to whether the air conditioner performed the refrigerant recovery operation, and sending, to the information communication apparatus, first information used to prompt for a test operation of the air conditioner if it is determined that the air conditioner has been relocated.

Abstract: A diagnosis method includes giving an instruction to present at least two sound collection positions of an abnormal sound of an electric apparatus to an outside; comparing a current position of the diagnosis device and one sound collection position of the at least two sound collection positions; obtaining sound data indicative of an abnormal sound of the electric apparatus collected by a microphone, based on a comparison result and storing the sound data in a sound data storage portion so as be correlated with log data and the one sound collection position; and diagnosing an abnormal sound of the electric apparatus by using at least two items of sound data and at least two sound collection positions, based on a determination result whether sound collection is completed and a determination result whether diagnosis of an abnormal sound is possible.
