    Abstract: A microwave treatment device comprises: a heating chamber that accommodates an object to be heated; a microwave generator that generates a microwave in a specified frequency band; an amplifier that amplifies the microwave; a feeding unit that supplies the amplified microwave to the heating chamber; a detector that detects a reflected microwave power; and a controller. The controller selects one of plural frequencies in the specified frequency band and causes the microwave generator to generate the microwave with the selected frequency. The controller causes the amplifier to change an output power of the microwave so that the microwave supplied to the heating chamber has one of plural output powers. The controller measures a reflected microwave frequency characteristic based on reflected microwave powers detected under each of a condition that the microwave has a first output power and a condition that the microwave has a second output power.

    Abstract: A microwave treatment device according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a heating chamber, a microwave generator, an amplifier, a feeder, a detector, a controller, and a storage. The microwave generator generates a microwave having an arbitrary frequency in a predetermined frequency band. The amplifier amplifies the microwave and outputs the amplified microwave as incident microwave power. The feeder supplies the incident microwave power to the heating chamber. The detector detects the incident microwave power and reflected microwave power that returns from the heating chamber to the feeder. The storage stores the incident microwave power and the reflected microwave power in association with the frequency of the microwave and time elapsed since the start of heating. The controller causes the microwave generator to execute a frequency sweep over the predetermined frequency band. The controller controls the microwave generator and the amplifier on the basis of the incident microwave power and the reflected microwave power detected during the frequency sweep.
    According to the present aspect, the heating evenness can be improved.

Microwave generator (3) generates microwaves. Heater (7) includes a heat source other than the microwaves and heats an inside of heating chamber (1). Power feeder (4) supplies the heating chamber with the microwaves. Detector (5) detects reflected power from power feeder (4). Controller (6) controls heater (7) and microwave generator (3). When heater (7) carries out heating, Controller (6) causes microwave generator (3) to generate the microwaves in heating by heater (7). The microwaves have output power such that the reflected power at a level detectable by detector (5) returns. By present disclosure, by understanding progress of cooking, a heating target can be appropriately cooked.

    Abstract: This high-frequency treatment device includes: a heating chamber configured to accommodate a heating target; a high-frequency power generator; a feeder; a detector; a controller; and a storage. The high-frequency power generator generates high-frequency power having a frequency in a predetermined frequency band. The feeder supplies incident microwave power corresponding to the high-frequency power to the heating chamber. The detector detects at least one of the incident microwave power and reflected microwave power that is included in the incident microwave power and returns from the heating chamber to the feeder. The controller controls heating of the heating target by controlling the high-frequency power generator.     Abstract: A common mode noise filter includes a non-magnetic body and first to third coil conductors provided inside the non-magnetic body. The second coil conductor is provided in a downward direction from the first coil conductor. The third coil conductor is provided in the downward direction from the second coil conductor. The first and third coil conductors deviate in a direction perpendicular to the downward direction with respect to the second coil conductor.     Abstract: The high-frequency treatment device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a heating chamber that accommodates a heating target; an oscillator; at least one feeder; a detector; and a controller. The oscillator generates high-frequency power having an arbitrary frequency in a predetermined frequency band. At least one feeder supplies incident microwave power based on the high-frequency power to the heating chamber. The detector detects the incident microwave power and reflected microwave power returning from the heating chamber to at least one feeder. The controller causes the oscillator to execute a frequency sweep and measures a reflection characteristic based on the incident microwave power and the reflected microwave power for each heating condition including a frequency. The controller determines, based on a reflection variation range indicating a change in the reflection characteristic for each heating condition, a heating condition to be used next. According to the present aspect, various heating targets can be optimally heated.

The temporal change in the frequency characteristic of the reflected microwave power is based on the frequency of the microwave, a level of the reflected microwave power, and a time passed from a start of heating. In this aspect, it is possible to accurately recognizes the progress of cooking while heating the object. Accordingly, cooking can be finished appropriately.
