Abstract: An information processing method performed by a computer includes: determining whether a target sound has been recognized; when it is determined that the target sound has been recognized, acquiring positions and sound recording directions of unmanned aerial vehicles; acquiring noise-related information regarding noise generated by at least one of the unmanned aerial vehicles; acquiring an estimated position of a sound recording target estimated from the target sound; determining at least one of target positions and target sound recording directions of the unmanned aerial vehicles based on the estimated position of the sound recording target, the positions and the sound recording directions of the unmanned aerial vehicles, and the noise-related information; and outputting, to each of the unmanned aerial vehicles, at least one of a request for moving to the target position and a request for setting the sound recording direction to the target sound recording direction.

Abstract: An assistance apparatus includes a first wire and a second wire that couple an upper-body belt and a left knee belt to each other on or above a front part and back part of the body of a user, respectively, a third wire and a fourth wire that couple the upper-body belt and a right knee belt to each other on or above the front part and back part of the body of the user, respectively, a motor, a left sensor on the left hand of the user, and a right sensor on the right hand of the user. When a left sensor value of the left sensor is larger than a right sensor value of the right sensor, the tension of the first wire and the second wire is made greater than the tension of the third wire and the fourth wire. When the right sensor value is larger than the left sensor value, the tension of the third wire and the fourth wire is made greater than the tension of the first wire and the second wire.

The processor determines a quality of a target sound by using the sound data generated by the microphone, acquires a positional relationship between the unmanned aerial vehicle and a sound source of the target sound by using data generated by the sensor, determines a destination to which the sound source is to move based on the quality of the target sound and the positional relationship, and presents target movement information that prompts the sound source to move toward the destination.

Abstract: In an assistance apparatus, when assisting a user in walking with an object, a motor generates, in a gait phase of a left leg, a tension less than a second threshold value in a first wire during a fifth period other than a first period during which a tension greater than or equal to a first threshold value is generated in the first wire, and a tension greater than or equal to the second threshold value in a second wire during a sixth period other than a second period during which a tension greater than or equal to the first threshold value is generated in the second wire, and generates, in a gait phase of a right leg, a tension less than the second threshold value in a third wire during a seventh period other than a third period during which a tension greater than or equal to the first threshold value is generated in the third wire, and a tension greater than or equal to the second threshold value in a fourth wire during an eighth period other than a fourth period during which a tension greater than or equal to the first threshold value is generated in the fourth wire.

Abstract: A walking assistance apparatus includes a suit to be worn on a knee and waist of a user, a first wire that couples a portion included in the suit and worn above the knee to a portion included in the suit and worn on the waist, a second wire that couples a portion included in the suit and worn above a back of the knee to a portion included in the suit and worn on the waist, and motors coupled to the first and second wires. The motors are controlled to generate tensions so that each of the first and second wires has a stiffness greater than 200 N/m during a first period including a period of 95% or more and 100% or less of a first gait cycle of the user and a period of 0% or more and 50% or less of a second gait cycle subsequent to the first gait cycle.

Abstract: An assistance apparatus includes wires that couple an upper body belt to be worn on an upper body of a user to first and second knee belts to be worn above left and right knees of the user, and a motor. In a case of assisting the user in turning left, the motor generates a tension in second and fourth wires in a period of 65% or more and 100% or less of a first gait phase of a left leg and a period of 0% or more and 20% or less of a second gait phase of the left leg, and generates a tension in sixth and eighth wires in a period of 65% or more and 100% or less of a first gait phase of a right leg and a period of 0% or more and 20% or less of a second gait phase of the right leg.

Abstract: An unmanned moving body includes a directional speaker that outputs sound in an orientation direction and a processor that obtains one or more instances of sensing data. The processor: determines whether or not a second target is present in a vicinity of a first target in accordance with at least one of the one or more instances of sensing data; calculates a positional relationship between the first target and the second target when it is determined that the second target is present; and determines a first position of the unmanned moving body in accordance with the positional relationship and causes the unmanned moving body to move to the first position, the first position being a position that places the first target and the second target within a range over which the sound from the directional speaker reaches at at least a predetermined quality.
