Abstract: An identification method that identifies a type of a fan motor unit in an air blowing system that includes: a fan motor unit including a motor, a fan, and a casing; and a controller that controls the fan motor unit. The fan motor unit blows air to the outside. The identification method includes: a first step of the controller outputting, to the fan motor unit, a first air flow rate instruction that is output at a time of performing control to cause the fan motor unit to operate normally; a second step of the controller acquiring a first speed notification that is output from the fan motor unit in response to the outputting of the first air flow rate instruction; and a third step of the controller identifying, based on the first air flow rate instruction and the first speed notification, a type of the fan motor unit and outputting a type identification signal indicating the identified type.

Abstract: Motor controller of the present invention is used in an automobile including wheel drive motor, wheel drive inverter, and cooling fan being an accessory. Wheel drive inverter drives wheel drive motor by PWM control at a primary carrier frequency. Cooling fan has fan motor being an accessory drive motor. Motor controller includes accessory drive inverter and frequency switch. Accessory drive inverter drives fan motor by PWM control at a secondary carrier frequency. Frequency switch switches a frequency of the secondary carrier frequency based on the primary carrier frequency.

Abstract: An inrush current suppression device is an inrush current suppression device that suppresses an inrush current flowing from a DC power supply through a mechanical switch, and includes: a first capacitor having one end connected to a positive terminal of the DC power supply through the mechanical switch; a semiconductor switching element connected to the other end of the first capacitor and a negative terminal of DC power supply between the other end of the first capacitor and the negative terminal of the DC power supply; a resistance element connected in parallel to the semiconductor switching element; and a control circuit for controlling the semiconductor switching element. The control circuit has a first output port, and controls ON time and OFF time of the semiconductor switching element by outputting a PWM signal from the first output port to the semiconductor switching element after the mechanical switch is closed.

Abstract: A communication apparatus (100) of the present invention includes a first communication circuit (2), a second communication circuit (1), and one signal line (3). The first communication circuit (2) transmits a collector voltage of an open collector circuit as an output signal. A second communication circuit (1) receives the output signal. The one signal line (3) connects the first communication circuit (2) and the second communication circuit (1). Particularly the first communication circuit (2) transmits the output signal as a pulse signal (57) to the second communication circuit (1). The second communication circuit (1) transmits a voltage signal (56) generated in the second communication circuit (1) to the first communication circuit (2). The first communication circuit (2) and the second communication circuit (1) communicate the pulse signal (57) and the voltage signal (56) bidirectionally via the signal line (3).
