The cosmetic component spraying device according to the present disclosure further includes a laser irradiation unit that irradiates the mixture with a laser light, and a mist generation unit that generates mist. According to the cosmetic component spraying device of the present disclosure, a cosmetic component is allowed to suitably permeate a target part.

    Abstract: Controller (80) of a hair dryer as a hair care device includes hair characteristic recognition unit (81), table generation unit (82), and application amount calculation unit (83). Hair characteristic recognition unit (81) classifies a user's hair characteristics based on a hair measurement value or a hair image. Table generation unit (82) sets a component amount of a component generated by component generation unit (40) for each hair characteristic classified by hair characteristic recognition unit (81). Application amount calculation unit (83) adjusts the component amount for each user based on the hair characteristics of whole hair classified by hair characteristic recognition unit (81) and the component amount set by table generation unit (82). Alternatively, application amount calculation unit (83) calculates a component application amount given by component generation unit (40) or a heat application amount given by heat application unit (30) for each part based on the hair characteristics for each part of the hair classified by hair characteristic recognition unit (81) and the component amount set by table generation unit (82).

    Abstract: A discharge device includes a discharge electrode, a counter electrode that faces the discharge electrode in a first direction, and voltage application unit that applies an application voltage between the discharge electrode and the counter electrode.     Abstract: An electrode device includes a discharge electrode and a counter electrode, and discharges when a voltage is applied across the discharge electrode and the counter electrode. The discharge electrode is a columnar electrode having a discharge portion on its front end. The counter electrode faces the discharge portion.
