摘要: To provide an advertisement distribution method of determining a distribution destination of an advertisement of a product that has a low direct relevance to execution pieces of information collected from home appliances. The advertisement distribution method includes: a collecting step of collecting, from each of one or more of home appliances owned by each of users, one or more pieces of execution information each indicating a function that has been executed by the home appliance; a detecting step of, with respect to each user, detecting an unused function that has not been used in each home appliance by analyzing the collected pieces of execution information and functions of the home appliance; and a transmitting step of extracting a user who is expected to purchase a product based on a detection result, and transmitting an advertisement to one or more of the home appliances owned by the extracted user.

摘要: A control method used in a remote control system according to the present disclosure includes: a step of displaying candidates for a target apparatus to be controlled among apparatuses on a user interface region of a display unit of an information terminal; a step of obtaining, via a network, control indexes used to determine a display mode for the user interface region; a step of displaying, on the user interface region, one or more control menus in a display mode determined based on a selected target apparatus and the control indexes; a step of generating a control signal for causing the target apparatus to perform an operation according to control corresponding to a control menu, when the control menu is selected from the one or more displayed control menus; and a step of transmitting the control signal to the target apparatus via the network.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for controlling a cordless telephone device for use in a system that allows remote control of a home electric appliance. The method includes a first generation step of causing a first generation unit in a handset to encode audio input via a sound receiving unit in the handset to generate a first stream, and a first transmission step of transmitting the first stream to a base unit. The first generation step includes causing the first generation unit to generate instruction bit information and a first instruction stream when a first trigger indicating a request to start the remote control is given to the first generation unit. The first transmission step includes transmitting the instruction bit information and the first instruction stream to the base unit through a multiplexing scheme that is common to transmission of a first stream generated when the first trigger is not given.

摘要: A method for monitoring power used by a power monitoring system is provided. The method includes receiving preset information that defines periods in which one or more preset electric devices are scheduled to operate, and obtaining a power use rate indicating how much power is used in each period. Further, the method includes generating an alternative instruction to decrease estimated power consumption in a target period in which the power use rate increases. The estimated power consumption is estimated power consumption in the building in the target period in which the power use rate increases, using power consumption information, to which power consumption of the electric devices to be preset is registered in advance, and the preset information. The alternative instruction is displayed on a display of a terminal apparatus.

摘要: A control method according to the present disclosure is used in a remote control system including apparatuses and an information terminal that controls at least one of the apparatuses via a network. The control method includes: a step (S2) of displaying, on a user interface region of a display unit of the information terminal, apparatus icons indicating target apparatus candidates among the apparatuses; a step (S3) of obtaining, via the network, (a) apparatus state information related to the apparatuses and (b) sensor information that is a value indicating a spatial environment in which the apparatuses are located; and a step (S4) of (i) determining priorities of the target apparatus candidates based on the apparatus state information and the sensor information, all of which are obtained in the step (S3), and (ii) sorting, according to the determined priorities, the apparatus icons displayed on the user interface region.
