Abstract: Provided is a color filter. The color filter includes a nano structure layer including a base substrate and a plurality of nano structures which are disposed to be spaced apart from each other on the base substrate and each of which has an elliptical shape on a plane, and a polarization control layer disposed on the nano structure layer and including liquid crystal molecules of which an alignment direction on a plane parallel to the base substrate is controlled by an electric field to realize excellent color reproducibility.

Abstract: An optical lens capable of miniaturization and capable of easily implementing various optical characteristics and a lighting device using the same are provided. The optical lens includes a lens body including an incident surface and an emitting surface; and a plurality of nano holes that extend in a direction from the incident surface toward the emitting surface, and is formed to communicate with at least one of the incident surface or the emitting surface. In particular, the plurality of nano holes change a phase of light that is incident on the lens body.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a meta-optical element includes propagating light with random phase distribution toward a light collecting surface, obtaining a simulation intensity of the light at the light collecting surface through simulation, generating an error function based on an error data which is a difference between the simulation intensity of the light and an ideal intensity of the light, obtaining an optimal phase distribution of the light which outputs a minimum function value of the error function by applying a gradient descent, and forming a meta-optical element that implements the optimal phase distribution.
