摘要： A method for producing a glass container by: a) providing a forming vessel, and b) providing a forming die comprising an outer surface, c) placing the forming die in the forming vessel, in a forming position, in which a receiving space is defined between the inner surface of the forming vessel and the outer surface of the forming die, a deformable glass gob extending partially into the receiving space, d) cooling the deformed glass gob while keeping the glass gob in the forming position in the forming vessel and the forming die, and then e) retracting the forming die.
