摘要: The invention provides a lighting unit (10) comprising a first lighting device (100), a second lighting device (200), and a control unit (300) configured to control the lighting devices (100,200), wherein (a) the first lighting device (100) is configured to provide first lighting device light (101) having a first spectral distribution with at least two first emission maxima (EM11, EM12, . . . ) spaced by at least 75 nm, a first color point x1,y1 and a first correlated color temperature T1; (b) the second lighting device (200) is configured to provide second lighting device light (201) having a second spectral distribution with at least two emission maxima (EM21, EM22, . . . ) spaced by at least 75 nm, a second color point x2,y2 and a second correlated color temperature T2; (c) the lighting unit (10) is configured to generate lighting unit light (11) comprising one or more of the first lighting device light (101) and the second lighting device light (201); and (d) the first spectral distribution and the second spectral distribution are different with at least one first emission maxima (EM11) and at least two second emission maxima (EM21,EM22) mutually differing at least 10 nm from each other, and wherein one or more of (i) 0.9≤x1/x2≤1.1, (ii) 0.9≤y1/y2≤1.1, and (iii) 0.9≤T1/T2≤1.1 applies.

摘要: A lighting assembly (100), a lamp, a retrofit light bulb, a retrofit light tube, a luminaire and a method of illuminating a space are provided. The lighting assembly (100) comprises a first light emitting element (110), a second light source (108) and a reflection element (216). The first light emitting element (110) is for emitting visible light (112) having a color point close to the black body line. The second light emitting element (108) emits UV light (106) in a spectral range from 280 nm to 350 nm. The lighting assembly (100) is configured to emit, in operation, a safe amount of the UV light (106) in the spectral range through a light exit window (102). A ratio between a first radiant flux of the UV light (106) and a second radiant flux of the visible light (112) is in a range from 0.01 to 0.0001.

摘要: A wavelength converting member is provided, comprising a wavelength converting layer comprising an organic wavelength converting compound distributed in a matrix comprising an amorphous or semi-crystalline aromatic polyester wherein the aromatic polyester molecules are predominantly in a randomly oriented state, said wavelength converting member further comprising at least one support element. By avoiding uniaxial or biaxial orientation of the polyester matrix, the organic wavelength converting compound (organic phosphor) is well protected against photo-chemical degradation. The support element ensures the dimensional stability of the polyester matrix at temperature above the glass transition temperature.

摘要: The present invention aims to reduce excess scattering in light emitting arrangements. A composition comprising a transparent matrix comprising an anionic organic moiety, and metal cations dispersed in the matrix is disclosed. The anionic organic moiety and the metal cations form an organometallic complex, and wherein the metal cations are capable of forming transparent nano-crystals upon contact with an agent comprising at least one element selected from the group consisting of sulfur and selenium. Also an optical composition comprising a transparent matrix comprising an organic moiety residue, and unmodified nanocrystals is disclosed. Further, a method of preparing an optical composition comprising the steps of: providing a transparent matrix comprising an anionic organic moiety; dispersing metal cations into the matrix; and contacting the organometallic complex with an agent in order to in situ convert at least part of the metal cations into transparent nanocrystals.Preferably the matrix is a silicone or a polysiloxane and silicone rubber mixture.

摘要: The Invention provides a light source, a luminaire and a surgical illumination unit in which two narrow-band light emitters both emit light in a narrow spectral peak having a full-width-half-maximum equal to or smaller than 40 nanometers. Both of the narrow-band light emitters have a different central emission wavelength within a blue color-range, within a green color range or within a red color-range. At least one of the two narrow-band light emitters comprises a luminescent material for generating the narrow spectral peak. The light source is further configured such that a distance between the narrow spectral peaks of the two narrow-band light emitters prevents overlap of the narrow spectral peaks. Due to the individual narrow spectral peaks, a color contrast within one of the color-ranges is significantly enhanced.

摘要: The present invention relates to a lighting device (100) capable of creating dynamic color shadows. The lighting device (100) comprises multiple light sources (104, 105, 106) of different colors arranged to, together as a unit, emit white light. Furthermore, a contrast producing element (110) receives the emitted light and comprises portions (114) which may block light such that a shadow can be created on an object (122) behind the contrast producing element. A control unit (116) controls the light sources to modulate a spatial light spectral distribution if a selector is in an active state, or if the control unit is in an inactive state, white light is emitted by the lighting device. Thus, the lighting device is switchable between creating dynamic color shadows on objects while emitting white light, and only emitting white lights.
