    摘要: Enrollment of a user using an agent offering insurance products. Audio is received and interpreted with artificial intelligence, and audio responses are generated based on a set of user-specific parameters. Interpreting the audio includes determining at least one vector in multi-dimensional space representing sentiment and tone of the audio from the user interface. Generating the audio responses includes providing user prompting for information relating to underwriter requirements for one or more insurance, or benefits products and services for purchase, and determining eligibility of the user for the one or more products and services based on predefined underwriting requirements having been received from a source of underwriting requirements, and providing relevant one or more insurance, or benefits products and services to be presented via the user interface which are based on the eligibility. The user-specific parameters may be adjusted in response to the at least one vector in multi-dimensional space.
